Manchester Futsal Club Launches International Futsal Tour Series – Barcelona 2026

Manchester Futsal Club is proud to announce the launch of the MFC International Futsal Tour Series, with our first stop: Barcelona, Spain. Set to take place from 19th to 22nd February 2026, this landmark tour marks a new chapter in the club’s journey - one that brings together academy and satellite players for a powerful mix of futsal, culture, and international game fixtures.

The inaugural tour is designed for U12, U14, and U16 players, offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to step outside the domestic scene and experience futsal on a international stage. With Barcelona’s deep-rooted futsal culture, iconic cityscape, and spanish opposition, it’s the perfect destination to kick off this new series.

From the moment players and supporters land in Spain, the tour promises a truly immersive experience. A light training session on arrival sets the tone, giving players a chance to adapt, connect, and prepare for the action ahead. Over the next three days, teams will compete in international friendly matches against top Spanish sides, and witness the intensity of professional futsal live at an LNFS match.

Beyond the court, the trip is packed with enriching moments: sightseeing in one of Europe’s most vibrant cities, team bonding experiences, and the kind of camaraderie that only comes from travelling and competing together. It’s not just a tour - it’s a transformational journey for players and families alike.

Accommodation for the tour is set at a high-quality hotel near the coast, offering players a comfortable base to recover, relax, and socialise. With full support from Manchester Futsal Club and tour partner SLT Tours, every detail is meticulously planned - from flights and transport to meals, training, and games - allowing players to focus on performing and parents to enjoy a stress-free, well-organised experience.

It's something unique that we have been planning for quite a while behind the scenes to enhance our program at Manchester Futsal Club. It’s really exciting to see what our players can do, but at the same time, it’s a unique opportunity for the whole club - academy and satellite - to come together as one."
