Manchester Futsal Club recently welcomed Manchester United’s Pre-Academy players, including their Under-7 and Under-8 age groups, for an engaging futsal sessions. The visit was part of an ongoing collaboration to introduce young players to futsal and showcase its benefits for player development.
The session offered these young footballers an introduction to the world of futsal, a game renowned for developing technical skills and quick decision-making, The club’s experienced coaches provided valuable insight into how futsal can complement football development and inspire creativity on the ball.
Ilya Ovechkin, Co-Founder and Academy Director of Manchester Futsal Club, expressed his enthusiasm about the visit:
